Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Dev Wiser / LOCAL SEO WISER LTD. It is designed to be fair. We do not use an absolute “no refunds under any circumstances” rule.

Before work begins

If you cancel after paying but before chargeable work starts, we usually refund minus any approved third-party costs already incurred.

After work begins

You remain responsible for fees covering completed work. We provide a written progress-based summary.

Other cases

Duplicate or incorrect payments can be corrected after verification. Maintenance continues until cancelled with the notice in your agreement (or 30 days’ written notice). Unused support time does not roll over unless we agree otherwise.

How to request

Email info@devwiser.uk with your name, business, quote/invoice number, payment details and reason. Statutory consumer rights are not affected where they apply.
